Timothys All Project (TAP)

The Timothys All Project (TAP) is a ministry project of the International Christian Fellowship (ICF) designed to support, mentor, train and unify the senior leaders of the Cambodian church, heads of denominations and associations, councils, and training programmes for pastors.

The Executive Director of TAP is the Rev. Raju Bhagwat, who comes to this position with a variety of roles with the Church of North India in the past 18 years.
