Location
This is just around the corner from the Tuol Sleng entrance. Stand in the entrance with Tuol Sleng behind you and the Boddhi Tree Restaurant across the road. Turn left (North) and after around 10 metres, turn right (East) and you’ll find the new centre about 40 metres down the road. It’s very easy, the only building of any size in the area. The sign on the wall/fence says Phnom Penh Ecumenical Diakonia Centre. There is also an ICF sign. Mailing Address:
