ICF is an international, inter-denominational, independent Christian church. The people who make up our church come from multiple nationalities and many denominations.

The ICF has a strong commitment to prayer, to unity across the body of Christ, and plays a supportive role for the many ministries God has raised up for Cambodia.

We are seeking an Associate Pastor with a focus on families and youth.

We are an English-speaking, expatriate, evangelical, interdenominational church seeking someone who will adhere to the theological statements in our constitution. The Associate Pastor will support our Senior Pastor and Church Council in providing pastoral care, discipleship, and ministry leadership for families and youth at the ICF North and South campuses. Theological training is preferred but not required, however experience in youth and children’s work and pastoral ministry is essential, as is some evidence of gifting in international living or cross-cultural work.
