After praying, exploring and consulting, the ICF Council believes that growing a new ICF congregation in the Phnom Penh Thmey area in the North West of the city will be beneficial.
So here are the details of this third ICF congregation. The ICF Retreat 2015 will take place from Saturday, 21 November until Monday, 23 November 2015 (right before Water Festival).
